Practice Philosophy

As an individual and family therapist, my approach to counseling is client-centered with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems.  

I hope to provide a warm, but professional environment which will allow a client to explore current issues and concerns, as well as a variety of tools to incorporate once they leave the office.   

Professional Background

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor specializing in adolescent, individual, family and couples therapy since 1994.  

I received my undergraduate degrees at both Colorado State University and North Texas State and completed my graduate work at Pepperdine University in California.   I am also a member of the American Counseling Association.
