She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University, in San Antonio, Texas, in 1991. She then received her Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, in Community Counseling, in June of 2006. She is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology through Walden University and has just completed her doctoral internship.</p>

<p><strong>Education, Training, and Clinical Practice</strong><br />Brad received his undergraduate degree from the United States Coast Guard Academy.  Post Graduate work includes an MBA from Golden Gate University and a MS in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College in Maryland.  While on Active Duty, Brad was certified as a Critical Incident Team Member and Peer Counselor and performed collateral duty as an EEO and Civil Rights counselor.  He is credentialed as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and is a member of the American Counseling Association.  With 28 years of active duty service in the U.S. Coast Guard, Brad has a keen understanding of the challenges veterans and their families face.  He has worked with families, adolescents and children in various clinical settings.</p>

<p><strong>Professional Background</strong><br />I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Group Psychotherapist, and trained Mediator. After completion of my undergraduate training at the University of Arkansas, I received a Masters of Social Work degree, with honors, at the University of Houston. I am affiliated with a number of professional organizations, including the North American Association of Christians in Social Work.</p>
